Ceremony Sound

The five minutes everybody actually remembers.

How the timing works

4:30 PM

Music on

Prelude music as guests arrive, with the ceremony sound already checked.

5:00 PM

Ceremony

Lapel mic on the officiant, processional cued live.

5:30 PM

Recessional

Handover into cocktail hour.

Example timings for a 5:00 PM ceremony. Coverage begins 30 minutes before whatever time you set.

What it sounds like in the room

Clean and quiet. A lapel mic on the officiant so the back row hears the vows, prelude music under arriving guests at a level nobody has to raise their voice over, and a processional that starts on the beat you chose.

Where in the night it lands

Coverage begins thirty minutes before the ceremony start time, to carry guest arrival music.

A separate system at the ceremony site, because the reception rig is already set and the ceremony is usually somewhere else entirely, a lawn, a chapel, the far side of a courtyard.

Guest arrival music runs for the half hour before you walk. Processional, recessional, and any reading cues are timed with the officiant so nothing has to be improvised in front of a hundred and fifty people.

Included as ceremony music in Party Time Plus and The Ultimate Party. Available as a standalone add-on at the published $300.

Some people want the number before anything else. Build your night and the quote comes back on the spot. Others would rather describe the day to a person first, and that is a fair way to start too.
